How will I know if my website is down?
We will send you emails, and text messages (you can pick when you sign up) whenever our systems notice that your site is offline, or has any issues. Depending on the plans that you’re on, we can also fix it for you immediately so that you experience as little downtime as possible.
Are there contracts, or can I cancel whenever I want?
Absolutely not! You are free to cancel, change your plan, and sign up whenever you want. If you’re experiencing high traffic one month and would like to sign up then you sign up for a management package so that we’re around to manage things. Sometimes you don’t know when you will run into issues though so having a proactive management package is a ‘better safe than sorry’ situation
How will I contact you with my questions or requests?
You are free to make requests or ask questions with our live chat, ticket system, or email support whenever you’d like. However, all of our accounts are assigned a personal account representative that will give you their personal contact information. Using that resource whenever possible will help you resolve issues, get answers, and in general work faster. These account representatives will be with you forever, so the longer you’re a member of The Hive, the better your representative will get to know you, and your needs.
Are your servers fast?
One thing that you will never have to worry about with our management packages is speed. We can optimize the server that you have your management package for to be perfectly suited towards your website, and it’s needs. Speed will never be a concern, with our staff and experience we will be sure to make your site fly, so there will be absolutely nothing holding you back.
My websites are down!
Do not panic! Chances are (with our management packages) we’ve already noticed, and are working on it diligently. For peace of mind however, give your account representative a call just to be sure, or open up a live chat / email and let us know. We can let you know exactly what’s going on and how far along in the process of restoring services our administrators are. You’ll never have to worry about issues with our management packages because the likely case is that we’re already on it
